PT Astom Indonesia is a Japanese PMA Company engaged in the Electronic Components and Dies Industry located in the EJIP Cikarang Area, currently requires manpower for the position:

DIES MAINTENANCE STAFF

Candidate Qualification:

  1. Min D3 Engineering graduate
  2. Fresh Graduate or min. 1 year experience in the same field
  3. Understand and master technical drawings.
  4. Experience in Dies Maintenance (preferred)
  5. Able to use measuring instruments: Projector, Dial Indicator, Caliper, Micrometer, Measurement Microscope, Block Gauge (more considered)
  6. Able to operate computer min Ms. Office.
  7. You can work independently or in teams.
  8. Able to communicate and coordinate well.

Job Description:

  1. Perform maintenance or preventive, repair on Die's or molds.
  2. Perform assembly and trial of new Die's or molds.
  3. Setting Die in Pressing machine after repair, change type, preventive, overhaul activities.
  4. Create a Die's History after maintenance and/or repair activities are completed.
  5. Checking and measuring products after repairs, changing dies or molds.
  6. Implement ISO 14001, 9001, K3 and 5S culture procedures in accordance with established standards
