PPIC Staff

Qualifications:

  1. Have a minimum education of D-3.
  2. Min 1 year experience in PPIC field.
  3. Understand MS Office including Word, Excel, PPT.
  4. Experience and understanding of purchasing principles and systems (preferred).
  5. have good verbal and written English communication skills.

Job Description:

  1. Calculate inventory requirements according to demand, production cycle, and applicable policies.
  2. Monitor and analyze raw material inventory, identify discrepancies, and take necessary actions.
  3. Prepare and send purchase order (PO) documents to suppliers.
  4. Ensure the delivery process of raw materials from suppliers in accordance with specifications and on time.
  5. Confirm supplier invoice (Payment for Goods)
  6. Document invoices, purchase orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
  7. Prepare reports and analysis of purchasing activities on a regular basis.
  8. Establish relationships and communicate well with internal and external stakeholders.
